The SCSHP Board of Directors is excited to move our 2021 Annual Meeting and Expo to a fully online, virtual experience that will take place on March 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th, 2021. We believe this is the safest approach for the well-being of our audience and our community. We are enthusiastic that a virtual event makes it possible to broaden the learning opportunities and engagement with Health-System Pharmacists.

Exhibitors and sponsors support and participation in SCSHP's Annual Meeting and Expo directly supports the education of Health-System Pharmacists. SCSHP is the place to connect with the Health-System Pharmacists community. During the Annual Meeting, hundreds of students, early-career professionals, and leaders attend the meeting to network and learn.

We have limited availability for each session so please select your preferred date during registration. This event will be held on two days, March 23rd and 25th at 11:30 AM EST - 12:30 PM EST. SCSHP and its members are grateful for the support we receive from exhibitors and sponsors and we look forward to your company’s support.

The Virtual Expo?

Each vendor will be allowed 10 minutes with the decision-maker group to present, ask questions or just have an open forum.  Only 1 vendor at a time will have access to the decision-makers.  

How does this Virtual Event work?
Our Virtual Expo will facilitate 10-minute meetings in an online platform specifically to foster connections between providers and suppliers 

• Each participant will connect via webcam and will have the choice of utilizing computer audio or calling in from a phone.
• Information about yourself and company will be provided to the Directors, Manager and Buyers.
• A countdown timer will be running the entire meeting with emphasis prompts as it reaches 1 minute and again with 30 seconds remaining. At the conclusion of the 10 minutes, the meeting will end.

What if I’m late, or I need more time?
Each Virtual Expo meeting will be scheduled for 10 minutes, all meetings must begin and end promptly as scheduled. The 10-minute time-frame for each meeting will be enforced and a running countdown timer during the entire meeting to help each participant keep track. Contact information will be shared with Directors, Manager and Buyers to help facilitate follow up conversations.

Please login and join your meeting 10 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure you do not have trouble connecting or miss any of the requested time, as the 10-minute timer will begin promptly at the meeting start time even if you join the meeting late.
